Shipping:

All our T-Shirts and Totes are screen printed by hand, which is why it may take a little bit longer to deliver it to you than standard off the shelf products. 

If we have stock then the delivery will take 2-3 business days. 

If we are printing on demand we would say 3-5 business days.

We are currently using The Courier Guys Door-to-Door service which delivers nationwide.

Refunds

Unfortunately, as we are a very small studio, we are currently unable to offer full refunds for change of mind. However, if you receive a defective product, we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange.

Exchanges and Credit Notes

In the event of a defective item, we're happy to process an exchange for you. Additionally, we will issue a credit note for the value of the item, redeemable on your next purchase from us.

Return Process

• Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, please contact us at info@flamebos.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide details and, if possible, attach photos of the defect.
• Credit Note Issuance: Once we confirm the defect, we will process a credit note for the value of the item.
• Exchange: If you'd like an exchange, please specify the replacement item you desire. We will ensure it's sent out promptly.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the goods are damaged or defective. For damaged or defective items, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Care Instructions

Screen printing is very durable, but it’s not recommended to iron the prints directly. Use a cool iron and either iron the print from the back or cover it with a cloth. Machine washable up to 30°C. Please do not use chlorine-based bleach.
